You're going to want to visit CFA/CPA/actuary-oriented boards for something like this.
What's your background? You need to meet certain academic and work experience requirements before you can even take the first exam.
If you're not young or already in the industry, it probably won't help much if you don't have a nice pedigree already (although it does sound fun).
