#8 What Would You Change About Your Job If You Could? Why? Work Setting: its not up to the standards that I like, but it works for now.
#9what Type Of Clients Do You Prefer To Work With? Why? Cops, Firefighters, military, hard workers basically. People strength and performance oriented.
# 10 How Do You Reduce Liability? Insure! hehe. Learn biomechanics and prehab protocols
#11 What Is Your Client Evaluation Process? basic movements, basic stretches, PAR-Q forms, interview process

If you are going to be the 'personal trainer' then actually have an interest in fitness & people and not just money. If you are setting up a business to provide personal trainers then look beyond the type of certification they possess and see if they actually know what they are talking about and can implement a solid workout routine for any client who may walk through your doors.

#8 What Would You Change About Your Job If You Could? Why? Remove all televisions from the gym. Lifting the remote control to change the channel is not a lateral raise.

# 10 How Do You Reduce Liability? Motivate clients to their abilities and not my own.
#11 What Is Your Client Evaluation Process? Thorough nutritional and fitness evaluation repeated at 4 week stage.
