well i just picked up a 2lb tub of cell-tech creatine was was wondering how i should go by taking it... it says take twice daily during loading stage and once during maintenance stage.. but would just taking 5-10g each and every day be okay?...
also when should i go by taking it? first thing in the morning with alot of water or grapefruit juice or after a workout with the same liquids...
