Cell-Tech Creatine

well i just picked up a 2lb tub of cell-tech creatine was was wondering how i should go by taking it... it says take twice daily during loading stage and once during maintenance stage.. but would just taking 5-10g each and every day be okay?...

also when should i go by taking it? first thing in the morning with alot of water or grapefruit juice or after a workout with the same liquids...

any responses will be greatly appreciated
 
i would go with 10 grams right after workout.. i think that its 10 grams per serving? so do that. there is a lot of high GI carbs so thats good after workout.
 
i was talkin to a buddy at work and he said it will bulk me up and ill lose most of my definition, is that true also?

Not unless you let your diet go to shit.
 
I would Supplement 1 scoop before my workout and 1 scoop after. Breaking the serving size into two parts per day... and if you're intersted give me a pm on making some homemade "Cell-Tech" at a fraction of the cost.
 
sature8 is good stuff. You're better off with plain creatine EE, or alkalyine mixxed with some grape juice or sugar water.... that stuff works the best

muscle tech products are the only ones that have ever made me feel sick....
not worth the money IMO, but save the ingredients and make your own next time :D
 
ive been using the anavol blend (creatine, glutamine, and citrulline) and noticed pretty significant results. one thing is different tho....i use it about a half hour before a workout on an empty stomach as well as about a half hour before breakfast on an empty stomach. the creatine increases atp available for muscle contraction, so that leads me to believe that taking it before a workout would work well. i didnt do a loading stage, but i think i should have. it just takes longer for your body get to the higher creatine balance if you just start off taking the maintenance stage amounts. in case you're wondering, after workout i drink a protein shake and eat a full meal. ive gained 11 lbs in the last month doing this.
