ive been using the anavol blend (creatine, glutamine, and citrulline) and noticed pretty significant results. one thing is different tho....i use it about a half hour before a workout on an empty stomach as well as about a half hour before breakfast on an empty stomach. the creatine increases atp available for muscle contraction, so that leads me to believe that taking it before a workout would work well. i didnt do a loading stage, but i think i should have. it just takes longer for your body get to the higher creatine balance if you just start off taking the maintenance stage amounts. in case you're wondering, after workout i drink a protein shake and eat a full meal. ive gained 11 lbs in the last month doing this.
