Could someone post what they all mean and the correlation between them. Thanks.

The concentrate of a drug is given in mg/ml. (milligrams per milliliter) i.e- Sust 250 (250 mg/ml)

1 ml = 1 cc

I.U's are generally used for GH and insulin. The reason they use IU instead of ML is because of the precise increments that must be used for these drugs.
