These two women, one black and one white were swinging fists at work yesterday. It was pretty stupid, but the worst thing is that the white girl got fired. I heard the black girl yelling at the manager saying "You soda crackers can't fire me! I'll sue your ass for discrimination." Guess what.. the black girl still has her job.

This is the second time this bitch has used race to save her job. Her work performance is pitiful, I have to do quality assurance reviews on her work. I just think if they're going to fire one of them they should fire them both.

WELL ONE OF THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO WAS BEING CONSIDERED WAS A BLACK WOMAN. SHE HAD 7 YEARS OR SO OF WORK BEHIND HER. SHE FOUND OUT SHE WASNT GETTING IT SO SHE STARTED SCREAMING DISCRIMATION AND RACISM!!! WELL, LOW AND BEHOLD, WHO DO YOU THINK GOT THE PROMOTION!!!

I worked at a company where a Black woman sued for discrimination because they fired her or wouldn't promote her or something, won the case, and continued working at the company.

It made such a negative impact that very few blacks were ever hired after that.

I do not support affirmative action or litigiousness.

Whatever I spout off about on this board has no bearing on real life because the majority of the people I work with and for are white and burning bridges in the real world is how you remain jobless.

Again, I have to say, in this very poor economy for IT people (yes, IT people are having a very difficult time finding jobs now), I was laid off and re-employed right away because I don't fight, burn bridges, or mention my color ever at my workplace.

All of my references are white males.

This is true... my buddy worked at a civil litigation firm that specialized in discrimination cases...

The highest number of cases they had were black women who were fired... now, some had a legitimate reason... but most were just fired because they never showed up, had shitty work, and bitched all the time... funny thing is, the company will settle with them for like 10-20K just to make it "go away"... so they STILL win.

Oh well, I guess we deserve it... we "soda crackers" have oppressed the black man for centuries.
