I was at Ford Motor WHQ when Fridays first went causual.

Dress codes deterioated down to the bottom. It was hilarious. T-shirts with no bras, bib overalls ... It was gross.

So ... The company had "themes" for Fridays ... western day for example.

That didn't work. Too many hats on the men.

So ... HR had to issue guidelines. Suddenly everyone was wearing Dockers shirts, pants and shoes. LOL This included the women.

Today, I hear it is better shirts and slacks for the men .... blouses and skirts/slacks for the women. (Watch those panty lines!)
