this one is a good mix..
Only problem is cassin taste like ass no matter who or how its made. So like like to drink whey all day and just cassin at night. No reason for my drinks to taste like crap all day. Just slug back the one crappy one at night and that be that.
well the taste doesnt matter to me really.
I workout at like 7pm 3 times a week (5x5 program) so would you recommend evopro berry........
-1 scoop on off days before bed.
-then 2 scoop servings before bed on lift days.
-and 1 scoop around 3pm on lift days.
each scoop has only 26 grams of protein so do you think this is a good set up?
my goals arent neccesarily get cut or bulk i just wanna gain some good muscle without gaining fat....

aaaahh i did not know big blast had egg protein.. now my biggest problem with egg protein is it taste even worse then cassin.. but I hear big blast taste good though. Now I am interested
If it's fresh and dried in the right way, egg protein adds a creamy smooth texture, though it blends best with a mixer, no doubt. BIG BLAST also has WHOLE egg which gives a nice mouth feel.
People think the egg white is the way to go because it's mostly protein, but the amino balance is off unless it has the yolk. People avoid the yolk because of the cholesterol, but it takes cholesterol to make hormones, including TESTOSTERONE. This is why the old timers ate so many eggs. Up to a dozen a day! It's also why everyone was growing on the Rheo Blair whole egg protein mixed with cream while the soy garbage that was around at the time didn't do dick.
BIG BLAST is also contains cross filtered whey isolate which is the sweetest and best tasting protein. But the SPP and the whole egg really make it a superior product.

are you kidding? i had high cholestoral and was told to stay away from eggs so i have been taking the yolk out instead..... damn docs lol,
can you give me an example of a food that really does raise it then?
