Cardio?

Hey mates!

I thought Id try to burn of some fat due to an injury in my arm, so I cant really build any muscles for now.. Any ways I get up @ 0500 and walk/run for 1h befor I eat breakfast... But Im afraid to burn of to mouch muscles?? I drink a glas of juice befor I go out though.. What do U guys sugest I do?

Also has anyone tryed stackers? (Efedra) Heard it was suposed to be really good when burning BF..

Best to do cardio first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. That way you'll start burning your fat reserves sooner. Coffee, epherda, ect will help. If your not lifting your gonna lose muscle no matter what you do. You might try training around the injury.

I am lifting but high reps. and low waight! Also I was wondering about the diet? I eat pretty mouch carbs even when on diet(the good kind, no sugar or candy) should I eat more proteins? and also Im still eating like 3000Kcal per day, is that to mouch when burning BF?

It depends on how big you are now, how fast you want to lose weight, and how much cardio you do. Do you know what your BMR is? That's always a good place to start and then adjust accordingly.
 
Well I have´nt messured my BF but I dont have that mouch to loose, Im 83kg and 180cm tall.. I do cardio 1h a day for 4-5 days a week. then I lif waights about 2 hours a day/ 4 days a week.

If you want to save as much muscle as possible, increasing proteins while you're not lifting heavy is always a good idea. I've had a couple surguries that put me out for a few months at a time and the extra protein was the only thing that kept any muscle around.

Assuming an age of say 25yrs old, your BMR is just under 2,000 calories... that means you need that many calories to maintain your present weight... you're likely not going to lose much weight if you're consuming 3000 cals a day... reduce your calories, maintain your cardio.... increase your protein in-take... take a good amount of glutamine and BCAA's.... they're important for muscle repair especially while on a calorie-restricted diet
 
Ephedra plus cardio = no

to much artificial inflation of heart rate do to Ephedrines direct impact on the CNS
