if you are on a cycle is it dangerous to jog a couple times a week for about 2 miles a sesion. will it mess with your heart? will it hurt your gains. the cycle is 10 weeks 500mg sust in week 7 start winny 50mg ed
 
I've always continued my cardio when on/off. I generally do 3 or 4 one hour sessions on a recumbent bike per week. Never had any problems with gains, etc while on.
 
Ya if you're bulking you might want to cut down a little. But as far as health issues, cardio will improve your health, not hurt it. You'll be fine!

nah you should be fine..some pros stack more then that and still do cardio
