I've got a question for anyone who can help. I'm in the process of trying to lean out, and my diet is going well i'm seeing results. Here's my problem..I work 12 hrs a day overnight 6pm to 6am. So i have very limited time to get to the gym. I do make it atleast five days a week but my time there cannot exceed and hour. Am i better off lifting one day and doing cardio the next, or trying to squeeze in a short cardio routine each day. I know split sessions are the best but, right now its just not and option. Thanks
