just got a question that i think one you guys can help me with, i have always been a lean person and bit of a hard gainer(execpt when im taking AS). in the past when ever i have kept my diet good and trained hard, i get really defined and my six pack comes out, in the past i never did any cardio just kept the diet going well. lately it hasnt been the case even though im dieting i just cant seem to get my stomach how i want it, im really paranoid about doing cardio cause i loss mass quickly and it has taken me while to build the size i have know, how much cardio should i be doing a week, without jeoprodising my muscle mass.

You won't loose muscle if you keep your protien high. After I do a cardio workout I do a shake. You would loose muscle from lifting, too, if you didn't get enough protein.

Just up your calories. Maybe start out with three workouts a week around 75% of max heart rate for 30-40 minutes. I'm coming to the conclusion the best way to get into and stay in this area is biking.
