Cardio

I figure I'll throw in running or speedbag work 2x a week. I'm doing HST M/W/F so Tu/Th I figure I'll do some cardio to keep my heart healthy. No reason I'm doing it other than that, but I figure it'd be nice to be able to keep my breath when I start taking Krav Maga soon.
 
Oh wow haha - uhm, yeah I was wondering if that would be detremental in anyway. I was figuring I'd cut out my normal PB&Js on non-training days, but then since I'm going to run I'll keep them in there just to make sure I have adequatre nutrition. I'm taking in 20.3xBodyweight on training days - 3650 calories. 3200 without the PB&J.
