Cardio

timing doesnt really matter-- just make sure your sprinting or running hills/stairs... you want to train at a high intensity (80% of your max heart range) for short duration to stimulate your metabolism.
 
Dude, I have to disagree. Timing is everything. Early morning pre breakfast cardio at high intensity will burn more fat cals than any other time of the day. Hit it hard and early and you wil get max results. It is hard as hell to wake up at 5 am or whatever to do it but the results are well worth it.

It makes sense doesn't it?
