hey whats up...well i was wondering what you guys think is better for fast burning.......running a few miles or on the stationary bike in the gym for about 45 min......all saying that i am in my target heart rate zone....any sugesstions?
 
I'd rather run than sit on the stationary bike.

I'd rather ride a mountain bike in the hills than run.

You ever hear about HIIT? Basically you sprint for 30 seconds, jog for 30 seconds, and so on. Do a search for HIIT.
 
I do cardio at least 6 times a week... elliptical, treadmill, stairmaster... whatever. As long as your heart rate is in the burning zone it doesn't matter. I like to switch up to avoid overuse injuries.
