Figured I would post this crap here since there is more traffic.......

3 Days a week...30 minutes...med-high intensity. Diet is in check....below maint. 1-2 pounds a week seem realistic?
 
I think that 1lb per week is realistic. IF your in defecit, doing 90 minutes of cardio, and working out......I think its reasonable.
 
how do you measure 1lb per week? that could be water....just look in the mirror and when you look good you are doing something right
 
thats what, 1500 cals in the exercise? What kind of exercise are you doing that is med-high intensity. biking?

i do 3-4x a week, 30 min each high intensity cardio but no diet. I think i've gained weight.
