Cardio / work out time: Q

Because of my fucked up work schedule (begin at 6:AM) I am forced to work out after work.....which is fine by me although it's been proven and said that cardio in the morn on an empty stomach is the best.

A man still has to eat but to maximize energy and positive cardio workout when should my last meal be aprox and what should it contain (example).

no later than 6pm

ex 50 gs of protien
40 gs of carbs 15 gs of fat

before bed ex 40 gs of whey protien with a tbspn of flax

keep the cals low later in the day so you dont sleep on them but protien is ok later in the day.
