So I am thinking of starting cardio in order to combat my recent appearance of a small gut only i would notice. I have always been against cardio because Ir emember reading that it also killed muscle along with fat. My question is how can I trim a little excess weight without losing and muscle, is there a way I should be jogging? Can i jog? Basically I want to know how I can lose fat through cardio without losing muscle, or at elast minize the amount of muscle I will lose.
