cardio while ON

will cardio one or two days week negate/lessen any gains? Do most wait till off to cut up again?
 
I think it depends what your bf is, and if you care about how high it is. For me I just deal with the extra fat and cut later on. When bulking I try to put as much on as possible.
 
I wouldnt do any cardio. I ask this a long time ago and got the same answer. you definately want to keep as many calories as you can. I personally have a difficult time eating more than 3k calories a day. I should probably eat another 1000 or so a day so I definately dont do cardio cause that would be another 4-8oo calories that I would have to take in. I would just try to eat as much and as clean as you can so that when you do get off the gear, you dont have as much fat to lose.

just add one weight gainer shake for your extra 1K cals/day. quick, easy and tastes great. I like the heavy weight gainer 900.
 
it depends what u want from it. i am a boxer so i have to do massive amounts of cardio as well as weights which would wear me down without the gear. but i still put on muscle size with all the cardio i do.
 
yes, im an athlete as well, so may be a bit biased, but cardio while on is very important even while bulking.....how do u think ur body is gona handle carrying around an extra 20 pounds.....even if its not for looks, do some cardio for cardiovascular health, especially your heart
 
I try to do at least two to three days of cardio when I'm on, it just makes me feel better and also I can walk up the stairs without being out of breath. When I'm off, I usually do 5 days of cardio.
 
i do tons of cardio while on. I don't lose any strength, still gain. But then again, I want that shredded look, not the big bulky bb'r look..
