Cardio while bulking

i have just started a new bulking thing for 2 months i work each body part 2 times a week and run 2 times

im going up to 3000 cals 2morrow slowly rising

im doing 45 min. @ 5.5 mph and burning 600 cals is this a good thing im only runing 2 times during the week on off days.
 
just make sure u put back into ur body..and what u put back in has enough nutriences and low on saturated fat and sodium etc....and no that isnt to much cardio
 
Providing you're eating plenty of food, cardio while bulking isn't as evil as it is made out to be.

That said, 45 minutes twice a week might be a bit excessive. It depends on your goals...
