Cardio when bulking???

How much cardio work do you guys usually do when on bulking season?? I mean obviously you can't do as much as you do when cutting, but I think it should be done some times right? This may be a stupid question here but here me out. Is it the same thing if you eat more (clean) calories and do a lot of cardio then if you were not to eat as much and don't do as much cardio? What would yield better gains. I don't mind getting a little fat when bulking, but I really don't want to go overboard.

I've been bulking for going on nearly a year now & since then, I've stopped doing cardio all together. My gains are much better. I am a naturally lean person & need every calorie I can get for muscle growth. The main downfall is, I can't fucking breath anymore! I walk up a few flights of stairs & I feel like I'm going to die, the same goes with squats & bent over rows. I will be starting cardio again around the end of the year though, if I don't have a heart attack by then!

Maybe Im the minority opinion here, but "bulking" to me is simply switching from lower to higher Androgenic Substances. I keep the diet exactly the same. Fuck that fat-gain noise.

When I bulk, I try to keep my diet clean but its VERY hard to keep a clean diet and get all the calories that you need for bulking.

I've never been of the opinion(once again)that "bulking" was synonymous with needing alot of calories. If you want to bulk around your waist then yes, but if we are talking about muscle-building, then plenty of the protein that is needed on a daily basis to consist with "bulking", can be had without any signifigant caloric upgrade from a persons normal range. I mean, a can of Tuna has 40 grams of protein in it w/ only 180 calories. You can pound 2 can of those @ 80 Grams of protein a few times per day, and still be around or under 3000 calories, depending on what your other diet consists of, even if you are eating 5-6 meals/day in 3 hour intervals.
