cardio training in the morning!

can anybody tell me how long can i do cardio training, on a empty stomach in the morning before my body starts to eat my muscle?

If you really think of what your asking then you would see its really hard to tell bro. I mean i can say 45 min but that depends on the intensity, the excerise, your ability to retain or let go of muscle, basically there is no reall answer. You can find out how long it will take YOU by gauging your own body and times...other then that i couldnt tell you.
 
one thing to consider is what most people do - I know most BB's like to do a hour in the AM on an empty stomach, at a fairly low intensity, maybe on a small incline, etc.
 
I've always heard this approach: drink a couple of scoops of protein powder (no carbs) before doing morning cardio. I think the reasoning was that this would help prevent muscle breakdown, but I have no idea. Any ideas on which way is better, this or just on an empty stomach?
