Cardio Questions

Before I started bodybuilding, I weighed 120 pounds. Now I weigh 154 pounds and have about 12% bodyfat. I've been taking bodybuilding seriously for about a year now. I have never done any cardio. I want to lose some fat off my body, but I don't want to stop bulking.

Is cardio necessary for optimal fat-loss?

What will happen if I take a break from bulking and cut for a week, then go back to bulking? Will I lose any muscle?

a week isnt going to make any real changes to your body unless you do it to the extreme where you eat nothing or eat an ass load of junk

at 154 i really wouldnt worry tooooo much about cardio just keep your diet in check and you will be fine .. if you are eating junk i would toss a day or 2 in there of cardio a week
