Cardio Question

Current cycle that just started today:

Sust: 750mg/week 1-12
dbol: 25mg day weeks 1-3 (just a strength booster)
Tren A: 50mg eod weeks 5-12
Var: 30mg/day weeks 7-12

My question is how much cardio do you guys do when you run tren? How many days a week and how many minutes per session. Is HIIT bad when running tren and var?

I have never ran tren or var.
 
im about to run tren for the first time as well. From what i keep hearing tren often decreases your ability for cardio related exercise. People say that they get out of breath just from walking up stairs or across the parking lot. I plan on tightening up on my Tren/Prop cycle so i'll be doing cardio 4 times per week at least. My cardio is more or less conditioning with very light strongman implements since im an amateur strongman.
 
u will soon find out how much it affects your cardio. the high intensity stuff will be affected most imo. u may not notice low-moderate intensity as much.

4 should suffice. see how u do with that and if u still need some more work bump it to 6. though i would go with at least 30 mins.
 
I notice it period..at any intensity of cardio. Makes a big difference for me but everyone will be a little different. My cardio sessions now are down to 20 minutes and I have to push myself to get there.
