cardio question

so i was wondering if it's benefial to do cardio (jogging a few miles) or not in conjunction with weight training. of course it is, but will it hinder getting massive and strong? could it be classified as GPP? I'm thinking about joining the USMC and they do a lot of calisthenics and 'endurance' type of things and was wondering if my goals of getting big/strong/powerful would be out of the picture.

some people look awsome and swear by no cardio and say it burns too many cals for them, while others say they have to do cardio almost every day or they get fat, and those guys look pretty awsome too.

basically its one of those things that you have to experiment with and find out what works best for your body

for the longest time after wrestling season i neglected cardio, and i recently started doing cardio again and not only am i feeling big and getting stronger, but im getitng leaner and my weight is staying pretty stagnant for the amount of bf i feel like im losing. but im young so hopefully my test levels are awsome

what is the most importatnt muscle in your body to work? if this one is not in good shape it doesn't matter how good you look. If you wanna join USMC then youd better do a little more cardio or it will be a big shocker for you.

Forget about how you look and worry about your heart and lungs. And keep in mind, you don't have to run slow and steady for 6 miles to do "cardio". 400m sprints, 800m sprints, intervals, etc. are all great.

You don't want to show up to USMC training if you aren't used to doing some running.

so a person that gets better at sprinting carries over to getting better at jogging??
