Cardio Question????

I am graduating from college this May, and it seems like I have no extra time for anything else. I also am having a hard time motivating myself to run on my treadmill for the few spare moments that I do have. But I am tired of gaining more and more weight, so I have a plan. It is hard for me to fall asleep anyways, so do you think it would be a good idea to do cardio before I go to sleep, to ware myself out? Will it be just as beneficial as A.M. cardio? Also I ordered a bottle of Yohimburn and R-ALA so I will use those in conjunction. Will I lose some of the benefits of the Yohimburn if I take a shower right after the cardio? Thanks guys, I really appreciate it.

if anything i think cardio raises your heart level and would make it harder and puts your nervous system on more of an alert mode which would make it harder for you too sleep.....the cardio could be just as beneficial at night as long as you dont eat a big carb meal right before you do the cardio or if you can get a little weights before it would help

I wouldnt recommend excersising 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. It will keep you up all night. Too much adrenaline flowing. Excersising earlier in the day is great way to make you tired at night though :D I would focus on the diet if losing weight is your main concern.

I agree that you probably would have difficulty getting to sleep after a run. You're getting your weight training in though right?
If not, skip the cardio and get your weight training in, in the time that you do have.

if i may beith so bold, it all depends on the person. during precontest time( currently preparing) i employ 2 45 minute sessions, once in the morning and another at 11pm at night. i can tell you from expirence that i have no trouble falling asleep at night.

I used to always do my cardio at night. For me, cardio in the morning means I may not have enough energy throughout the day. Try it at night; if you're already a bit tired by that time, cardio will exhaust you and you will sleep well, I think. If not, then just do it a bit earlier in the evening
