cardio question on juice maki and the vets

is it okay for me to lift for an hour then do a half an hour of cardio.... when im on cycle or should i lift, grab my post workout meal and then do cardio....im worrying aout fueling my muscles as soon as possible after im done lifting, but weight work out and cardio would never exceed 1 hour and 45 minutes ne ways....

so
split the cardio and do that in the a.m. then train in the afternoon?

or will it not make much of a diff
 
bro..if you want to shred up, what works for me is doing cardio first thing in the morning on a empty stomach..Lift later in the day.

im in the same situation as genetics. def want to fuel my muscles as much as possible. morning cardio for me during the week is hard bc i get up at 615. for me to do it, id have to wake at 530, ouch!

yeah well thts whut im prolly gunna end up doing i dont like leaving my body to be catabolic for 2 long
 
If your workouts are intense, then your heart rate should already be up. Doing mild cardio for 20-30 minutes directly afterwards serves to keep the fire stoked.

This is what works for me, but I gain weight very easy. Cardio is a must and since I've upped it to twice a day I've been losing fat like never before. I can't wait to see what my next cycle of prop/tren ace is going to do with this cardio schedule!
 
Genetics, are you trying to gain size or diet? For bulking I wouldn't do cardio after. You need the food right away. For dieting doing cardio after training works great. That's what I did for my shoot. I did my first cardio session after training and then another one at night. I stayed fuller than I did when I was dieting for my show. For that I did one cardio session at night for an hour. The total time was the same, but the results were different.
