I'm asking if is good doing cardio after workout only 15 min or rather no.
I workout 5x at week ...3x weight train. and 2x only cardio, but in my weight training day I'm often tired when finish my workout so 30 mn it's too much but I think that only 15 min it's OK.
what do you think??

The consensus is that if you have to do cardio and weights on the same day, to do them as far apart as possible (one in the AM, one in the PM). But if you have to, I don't think 15 minutes is gonna hurt you, just make sure to refuel immediately after.

I find that doing some very short, light to moderate cardio (5-15 min, walking or bike at a medium/slow pace) after weights helps stretch out and cool down...especially after doing something new, heavier weigths, or that I haven't done in a while, this helps prevent or reduce delayed onset soreness. (Followed by some good stretching).

I think it's fine to do the 15 mins as long as it's not HIIT cardio....
