Cardio Q?

Hey mates!!

I dont have alot of experience with cardio to begin with. Any way, should I continue with my cardio even when Im on aas or will I compromise gains? Also should I run or just take long walks?

And another thing, cardio before breakfast, good or bad? I always feel more motivated befor I eat my first meal, but Im afraid to burn too mouch muscle.

yes.
brisk walking is better (IMHO) when trying to keep fat down and maintain mass.

reccomend a small peice of fruit instead of empty stomach, fructose reglycogenates the liver which will allow better utilization of fatty acids.

if doing AM cardio before eating a meal, reccomend use of micellar casein and milk protien isolate as before bed meal. and be sure to eat immeadiately upon completion of exercise bout.
