Cardio on sus/dbol/winny cycle

Week 1-12 Sus @ 500mg/week
Week 1-6 25mg DB ED
Week 6-12 50mg Winstrol ED

im 37 5' 9" 190.....BF is approx 18%...yes I know its high...just spent the last 7 months cleaning up my diet and added a ton more cardio...my BF was at least 4% higher and I lost 8lbs in total......i have the kind of body where I can look skinny with relatively high body fat, if that makes sense....thin calves/forearms.....legs have no fat and get too thin when I up the cardio.

so i have to be careful on my cardio approach.......anyway I'd like to know how to approach cardio durign this cycle.....I am doign 30min empty stomach in the morning...and 30 min after my workouts at night presently...should I continue this routine while on cycle...i typically lose BF while on without doing much cardio.....my apprach now...is to build lean quality muscle.....if I end up at 200 with 13% BF I'd be satisifed.

what do you guys think

i am a bit simlar in the skinny legs part in general i dont think cardio has anything to with that, its calories and diet. but i just finsished a test cyp anavar cycle ganied about 13 lbs on lean muscle and lost about 5% bf. i only carry fat in stomach so i need to be below 10% to come close to a 6 pack, i am at 12.5 right now in post cycle. i am 35 6ft 208 lbs. i started cycle 6 ft 198 18% bf. took me a couple weeks to get diet right, thanx xrists and 820, and i hit cardio either in morning 45 minutes or after wk out 30 minutes 4 x a week. i ran test 200-250 cyp for 12 weeks with 8 weeks of anavar 50 mg ed. worked for me, i just hate waiting to do another. i do wish i would have waited to do cycle to get my bf down a bit more, i was coming of holidays and was higher than normal. so take what i did for what its worth, lota good guys here that will set you right.
 
any other views on this topic? I should also add that the cardio I've been doing knocks the sh*t out of me. By the time I lift at night....cardio in the AM...work a full day then lift then more cardio..I'm shot....

This was dealable over the past 6 months since I wasnt trying to lift heavy, but now is a different story, I obviously want to get most from this cycle.
 
up the cals and sleep as much as you can. maybe hold off on the cardio until post workout. good luck
