cardio on low cals

Anyway currently on 200 mg test 200 tren a week (less is more IMO) 6 2 255 just dipped under 15 percent body fat. I workout at least 6 days a week. When I workout its always at least an hour of like 80 percent max weight lifting since my str is taking a hit cutting, then I do at least 30 min cardio after. Most the time i end up spending 2 hours at the gym. Diet is 2200-2400 cals a day very high protein. Mod carbs low ish fat.


Results are amazing just wondering If the cardios an overkill with my cals that low.
 
No, you should still always include cardio. If the tren has a negative impact on your ability to do cardio, I've found cardarine can offset that.
 
the reason we do cardio is to improve heart health. THAT IS IT. you aren't going to lose fat doing cardio as evidenced when you walk into the gym and the same fat people are doing cardio for an hour.

now i don't know your heart health but if i have to guess i would say it was not great considering you are on tren and test + 15% body fat. and you aren't going to improve it now. my advice always BEFORE using steroids and especially tren is get into top shape first, this way when you go on tren and it gets ruined you will be okay
