cardio on AAS???

I do not think doing very intense cardio on AAS is a good idea.Having good conditioning is very important.Everyone has different levels and ideas of intensity.If you want to take AAS and do cardio at the same time do like 30 min at a moderate level.
 
ya he did have testicular cancer. and he may have an enlarged heart im not sure. but even if he does and he has incredible aerobic capacity that doesnt mean his heart isnt gonna die on him for being abnormally big one day. i could care less how i look or feel now if im just gonna die in 10 or 20 years. im only 22 by the way
 
Lanch also took GH.....i'm 58 i have been cardio for years with no problems.

Morning cardio on an empty stomach so the body will dip into those fat stores for fuel.

most people are "geared up" for contest prep and cardio is a must. why is this a discussion? how else will you get ripped?
 
how else will you get ripped? lol thats funny. i have never taken steroids, i just competed two months ago and was the most ripped person in my weight class. i was also the smallest but i still placed. ITS CALLED DIETING ROB. sure sups and cardio WILL help but diet is the number ONE thing that will get you ripped. i did cardio maybe 3 days a week for less than a 30 min when i did do it and i came into my contest in great condidtion. small but cut. we were having this conversation about whether or not cardio ON cycle effects heart size and health.
 
an inlarged heart is nothing to take lightly. the gh growth is something different, im not going to include the gh stuff in here.

i personally suffered from an inlarged heart within the last year. i didnt know i had the problem until i was nearing heart failure. i woke up with mild chest pain that seemed to get worst every time i moved. i called my doc and he freaked out telling me to go to the er right away. by the time i was being looked at in the er i was all fucked up. i was near death. my heart was inlarged from a combination of my size (5'5'' 278lbs) my diet (8k cals ed) my steroid use (3g gear ew blasts) and my training (intense doesnt even describe it). what had happend was simple to understand. my heart was expected to do more work than it was capable of. its like trying to run a car off of a lawn mower engine. so it did what our body is designed to do. it panicked and put all effort into making the heart able to catch up by inlarging itself. this is almost always life threatening and sometimes it is not reversable. i was lucky.

in addition whole grains are heart healthy along with a variety of vitamins and asprin.

having problems reading? i am a competitor too. no crap dieting gets you ripped. i was saying that people on roids still do cardio and think nothing of it. smart asses like you amaze me. i wasn't saying you have to take roids to get ripped. i was staying on topic. my point was merely saying, even if you take gear, cardio is a must, you can't take gear only and expect to get ripped when in contest prep. and who cares if you're natural, good for you. you're the one who started the thread on chemical enhancement and cardio.
 
i wasnt trying to glorify me being natural, who does care? i dont. and im not going to be soon anyway. you said "how else will you get ripped?" and i was basically trying to say that diet is more important than cardio for fat loss, i know you werent saying you have to take juice to get cut. you just made it sound like cardio is the most important thing for getting shredded while i think diet is. i barely did any cardio and had significant fat loss. and i read that Dexter Jackson diets for six weeks and doesnt do any cardio. everybody is different but im just saying my body doesnt need much cardio to get ripped. but i dont even care about this man, im just trying to get some opinions on gear and heart enlargement from people with experiance.
