Hi folks.


I'm on 40mg/day Spanish var...(10 weeks).
It's pretty much a "bulking" cycle, since my goal is to add LBM.

I wouldn't be disappointed if I held weight and altered body composition some however.


I've been feeling rather "unhealthy" on the b-ball court with my boys on the weekends..

I am thinking of 20 minutes moderate intensity cardio EOD first thing on an empty stomach with no food for an hour after. This should prove to strengthen the heart and lower the bodyfat a little I hope.

Is this action too catabolic for such weak gear?

I am 5'10" ~200-205lbs now.. 14-15%. Goal is ~210 lbs, 10-12%.
 
That should be good and not to catabolic.....
 
Well if everyone eats as many cals as they can on a bulking cycle, I see NO reason to do cardio and end up burning those cals. Especially with a weak AS like anavar, I'd eat everything in sight and lift hard to make sure as much of that food as possible was going to my muscles.
