Hey
I haven't done cardio in a veeery long time, and I'm thinking of starting up a little bit. The only time that I actually have time for it is in the mornings before going to work. Since it usually goes about ten hours since I last ate when I wake up, I don't want to do cardio without any fuel cause that will probably go out on muscletissue, right..??
If so, what do you recommend ingesting before cardio? Some high GI carbs and some whey protein maybe? I'm thinking 45 minutes at a moderate pace.
