Cardio hot box

Anyone do this type of cardio. IE: Walking incline on the tredmill with sweatshirt and sweatpants. You lose a lot of water and weight but is it actually a good cutting technique or is it not good to loose that much water and over heat your body?
 
I do it all the time

you get used to it.

when I was in Europe for vacation I used to run in the middile of the day wrapped in plastic

you have to get used to it, but I got very lean doign this
