I have always been a skinny, now I whey (ha..ha) 91.5kgs (200lbs I think) Alot of mass put on but I am starting to notice alot of unwanted fat. A bit surfacing on the stomach now and my ass ( Allready big from suats and shit). It is really too big. Honestly I really couldnt be bothered or have the desire to eat clean.
Should I start a bit of cardio? I would prefer to use a runnung machine (not a tedmill) so I dont wreck my kness joints.
