Cardio does not = treadmill

I just read the thread about how boring cardio is and how much discipline it takes compared to weight training. Bros cardio isn't necessariily running on a treadmill or riding a stationary bike. In essence even an intense weight training program with little rest between sets can be considered cardio. If a treadmill isnt for you try running outside, go to a track for lower impact and less strain on those joints(which can be pretty bad when your 240 and up) Get yourself a bike and go riding for 45 minutes a day. Guarantee you wont be bored there, to much scenary change and distractions. Get a friend to run with you. Sounds kinda corny but spinning is a great alternative to the stationary bike.

Then theres the less traditional methods. A nice long sex sessions 3 times a week. Go to a club avoid your alcohol and drink some water and dance your ass off for a few hours in a hot room. That will definately get your heart rate up.

YOU see cardio really can be fun its all what u make it.

I get out my custom-made road racing bike and do 20-40 miles at a pop.

i'll agree with that, i've done twice so far in the past 3 years, once with dnp which i will never do again, and light cardio with a cycle where t-3 and clen is added. Just taking less time between sets and supersets are enough for me.

20-40 miles??? damn...

Lucky for me i'm allergic to anytype of cardio that involves running or biking, I break out in hives and can't do anything. :D

Thai Boxing -not kickboxing-Thai Boxing.
All the cardio you can handle and you really learn to F' someone up when the pistol isn't available. Bodybuilders are made for it!!!!!!

cardio was always boring as hell for me, but i made it bearable by buing an Ipod and the best earphones i could find... my logic is that if you're gonna put yourself through something that boring, you should spend what you can on making it more enjoyable.....

now i have like thousands of hours of music to keep me from getting bored, and for someone who does cardio an average of 10 hours a week, it sure serves its purpose...

just don't do like those folks who read on the treadmills .... well, i shouldn't diss it, but when i tried it, it actually made my exercise session more boring for some reason, and i also noticed that it was harder to keep my heart at its target, and forget about making it beat even faster than that ......

one thing though.... much like in bodybuilding, where pain never goes away, you just learn to deal with it better and better every time, cardio never stops being boring, but with time, you learn to deal with it in much the same way .... once you improve your performance, you learn that your brain serves a very useful purpose when it tries to maintain your heartrate at a stable rate and keep your heart from exploding from the crazy workouts you will get to do...

no doubt. hell try grappling, or even wrestling, with someone comparable in weight and strength with you for 30 or 45 minutes. takes endurance to a whole new level, believe me.

You can always Jump Rope. It's cheap and VERY effective!! Just make sure you jump on a cushioned surface to protect your joints. Something like a piece of gym flooring works GREAT!!!

Masterbation and sex is about the only cardio I get aside from weight training.
