Cardio before or after Workout?

I walk every day on an incline treadmill, even on days that I lift. I always do it after my workout. Should I quit walking on my lift days?

If youre cutting and want to implement some anaerobic routines to stimulate muscle growth/spare it, then do cardio always after the workout, after you do cardio your body is in a really catabolic state, it's best to not even mix the two in one day, but some people are very fixated on their cardio and won't go a day without it (like me). Also spread them out if possible, do the workout in the morning then cardio late afternoon. Some anaerobic workouts burn as much calories as a cardio workout so I don't really see it as neccesary in the same day, other than keeping the cardiovascular system in good shape.

nope, just walk after....
 
I do my cardio at noon time , three hours after my protein shake. Morning first thing would probably be better but my stomach feels pretty empty at that point(noon). If you are like me and only work one body part a day, then do cardio every day(well 5-6 days/wk), if you do an eod workout that has you in the gym for an hour or so than I would skip cardio on workout days since your workout will suffice since it is likely an interval training situation.

yeah, on my non-training days I do an hour on the treadmill in the morning, but on my training days I do a half hour on the bike postworkout.
