Cardio Advise

Well, Im past due to start cutting bodyfat and since i have gained about 25 pound of mass this past year, I find cardio is harder on my joints. Does anyone have some advise on low impact cardio other than mountain biking and olyptical trainer? Also how crucial is it to do cardio in morning rather than after weight training? getting up extra early is a bitch. Thanks for the help!
 
1) It's better in the morning. It'snot crucial but it's more effective.
2) Try running anyway. Joints may be related to bad shows. Also look for a good chondriton/glucosamine/MSM stack.
3) Doing it after lifting is not a good idea cause you need to eat then.
 
try swimming, i was lean as hell when i swam competitively and we still lifted 3 times a week (compund movements)
