Cardio 3 hours after weights bad?

Shouldn't matter, you've still trained your muscles so they'll still have the microtears in them which cause them to grow.

As long as you're not too tired I can't see a problem with this.

Know what you mean about having time to train - sometimes I find myself doing a workout at 1am because of work and other commitments!
