my cutting cycle looks like this:weeks 1-6 beastdrol 2 caps ed, epi-strong 2 caps ed, forged liver support 2 caps ed........weeks 2-6 hcgenerate 5 caps ed then weeks 6-10 pct unleashed/pct combo with forma stanozolo........will 2 cardio sessions a day help achieve better results for cutting or just deteriorate muscle? thanks for any advice in advance

will i still gain if so? my diet will be a 50/20/30 split thanks to needto's advice, i'm thinking around 300 cals below bmr, nothing to crazy because i'm gonna cut naturally for 2 weeks before starting cycle with will probably put me around 11-13% bf

its hard to gain while cutting bro. i suggest picking one or the other. if you pick one and go towards it the results will be a lot better IMHO.

appreciate the advice bro.......so what are the benefits of being on cycle while cutting?

It takes the proper step to help (but not assure that) you preserve muscle.

For fast(er) body fat reduction, I do maintenance - 20% coupled with 45-55 minutes low intensity cardio fasted in the morning with ghrp-2/mod grf, 2000-3000mg l-tyrosine, 15mg yohimbine, 200mg caffeine, 1000mg l-carnitine, 3 caps DCP, clenviscerate, and sometimes helios... With this combo results can be seen immediately. Especially if you continue to stay fasted for a couple of hours post cardio... so as to not have competing energy sources and keep insulin on lock down while your body continues to mobilize and and oxidize FFA's.

You can run a protocol like this and eat at maintenance for the rest of the day and still burn serious body fat. I'd say the addition of calorie restriction enables you to burn 10% or so more further through the day. It's a small margin, but noticeable over long run.

Then I do HIIT cardio 15 minutes post workout 4 times per week.

The ghrp/ghrh combo supremely mobilizes fatty acids when fasted and is pretty key to muscle prevention, along with androgens.

Problem with jumping right in to 2 per day cardio, is that you don't have much room to expand upon your cardio when you plateau.

In the past I've gone as high as 2x per day LISS cardio... 1 hour each session... Albeit without peptide combo and on low dose of androgens... Caloric intake significantly below maintenance... And while I lost body fat at an extremely rapid rate, I also lost measurable lean body mass.

There is a balance, you need to find... It's what is right for you.

great advice but you lost me right here ghrp-2/mod grf, 2000-3000mg l-tyrosine, 15mg yohimbine, 200mg caffeine, 1000mg l-carnitine, 3 caps DCP, clenviscerate, and sometimes helios?? could you break this down a little more? Sorry still new to this site,lol....thanks brotha

What is this? I'm interested in hearing about it!

They are growth hormone releasing hormone, and growth hormone releasing peptide. They are used in conjunction to cause your body to release its own growth hormone... as opposed to synthetic GH.

100mcg of each, 3 times per day is about equivalent to 4-6iu of synthetic GH.... roughly...

Basically, a gh pulse will cause the body to release free fatty acids... As long as you keep insulin quiet... (meaning you remain fasted) the gh pulse will release a great deal of FFA's. Combine that with exercise/cardio and you burn these free fatty acids.

Coupled with l-tyrosine and caffeine, the release will be even great. Coupled with DCP (TTA) the release will be even greater. The other ingredient in DCP keeps the free fatty acids from being redeposited.

The yohimbine obviously helps with the stubborn fatty areas... helps release fatty acids from those areas.

The eviscerate/clenviscerate is just icing on the cake along with helios... A bit extra spot application of yohimbine and other stuff.

Then if you stay fasted for the remaining time you have the FFA's circulating, your body will continue to burn them. You don't want to introduce any other energy sources that will compete with the FFA's to be used for energy. That's why you do it fasted in the morning and continue to fast for 1-2 hours post cardio.

It's hard at first, but really easy to get used to after about a week.
