At 750 MG you're talking 7 pills. Why not just get eh powder and mix it in with the whey/dextrose?
The only topical fat burner I would consider using is Lipoderm-Y. MAYBE Yohimburn.
As far as BEST protein, it's all voodoo and pseudoscience.
Whey is a fast protein suited for mroning and post workout. Isolate is 90% protein, concentrate is 80% yet isolate is about twice as much. You do the math.
I don't buy protein powders with milk protein, egg protein, casein, etc. I just drink milk, eat some egg whites, or some cottage cheese instead.
For me the best protein is supplementdirect because it's economical.
And as far as the one thing being chocolate and the other being lemon lime, here's how I would do it:
1) Drink the lime creatine.
2) Drink some water or wait a minute
3) Drink the choc. whey
4) Drink the dextrose.
This works well because if want to be real technical about it the creatine gets to the bloodstrem a little slower than the dextrose. SO you take the creatine a little earlier, then once you take the dex it's already in your blood, the insulin comes and BOOM, the creatine goes into the muscle.
You can also mix the dextrose in with the whey but since it's already been sweetened it's going to be sickly sweet.
IMO the easiest solution is to get plain powdered creatine (like $10 a kilo), plain whey, some kind of flavoring liek jello or crystal light, and dextrose, all in powder in the bottom of a sports bottle, then fill it up with water and shake and drink right after your workout.
The way you're doing it now you'll be broke and tired of the whole ritual soon.
