Í love carb food and rather eat very little fat, and go up on the carbs. I sometimes hold the fat ratio to 10%, bumping protein to 2-2.5g per lb and carbs about the same, sometimes higher. I'm just so qurious to know how you all eat and if you have tried bulking with a ratio of very low fat, but good fats, about 20-30g per day and high carbs and high protein and then tried to up on the fats while lowering carbs...What worked best for you?
If one eat 2.5g/lb from carbs and 2g per lb from protein and go very low on the fat, would that be too high on the carbs if there are some fat gain issues while bulking..? I eat clean, low GI. Protein mostly from white fish and light tuna.
