I have been on GH for about 9 months, I just competed at the jr. usa's but prior to my dieting 12 weeks out, I ate roughly 300-400 grams of protien a day along with 2lbs of white rice a day, or pasta and rice. I found that during my bulking phase I didnt gain all that much fat while using insulin, I took 15 iu's 2x a day, along with 4iu's of serostim. stats while on the bulking were 5'11 215 and i weighed in at 5'11 194. So in my instance I didnt gain much fat from the high intake of carbs, I also was on 400mgs of Test a week. and switched to test suspension 12 weeks out. So i think it varies from person to person and they gentics and how your body utilizes the carbs.
