Carbs Before Bed

Hey there Gang

What are your oppinions on taking in around 100g Carbs before bed well on Juice (bulking)

I am running Sust250/Dbol and looking to bulk up

I Take in a weight gainer about 8pm after training (600Kcal, 50g Protien, 80g Carbs, 8g Fats) then about 9.30 i will have a large dish of Pasta/Rice with Protien sources (egg, tuna, chicken etc) this prolly gives me about 700Kcal, 90g+ Carbs, 40g protien

I know people have varied oppinions on carbs before bed, so i would like to hear what you lot think about it

(oh, i have been doing this for about 12 Days so far, and gone from 177lb - 187lb. BF is still about the same)

your bulking go for it...

it seems like your your trying to put on size without the worry of adding a little fat so I'd eat up. Just keep the carbs clean.
 
hmm

I agree taking in carbs late at night during bulking will help with protein absorption and to slow its way in. I would recomend taking some fiber with it, so the protein gets released slowly
 
I would have the carbs an hour or two before bed, its a little better for you and your still getting the benefits but you'll be able to break down a lot more of them(you wont get as fat).
