carbs and fat loss queston
Whats happing all, my question is concerning carbs and fat loss. Not worried about weight. I know during and after a monster workout i need fast carbs . Thoughout the day i take slow carbs. My question is what is the amount of carbs to take to lose fat while still gaining muscle? i understand i have to burn more cals than taking in but were do the carbs fit into the equation? Thanks for any replies that may help!!
