Carb Up!!!

Ok guys!!!

I usuallly eat very clean good diet! 40p 30c 30f and about 2000
to 2200 calories during the week and on the weekends I like to
eat about 3000 to 3500 calories but on fucking mondays when
I go back to eating normal I feel bad sick, hungry and I like
to know if this happens to someone else!

any suggestions?
 
you've got used to 3000 to 3500 calories
so when you decrease your calories intake your body just "waits" for extra calories and you feel tired and hungry
