im currently cutting naturally before i start my next big cycle. lately ive been trying something new. ill eat practically zero carbs all week but one day out of the week ill carb up really high to keep my metabolism going and from getting bored in order to burn more fat quicker. anyone do this?
 
Yes it's a cheat day and alot of people like to do this, It actually should always be done because it keeps your metabolism going and actually will help you burn more fat in th long run

hey friend...

you need to do a google search on Dave Palumbo... he has a ton of good info on this subject....

i have been running his diet for about 3 weeks now, and love it...
