everyone here keeps raging on about glucorell
i dunno what the difference is between that and 1fastt400's r-ala apart from the biotin which i took anywayalong with 1fast400's rala
it seems to be more expensive (glucorell) especially since i can't use any discount vouchers or anything but if there is a significant differenfce it might be worth it. Anyone?

Comparing the 2 it looks like they're the same.
Minus the biotin which you can take separately anyway.
1fast400 charges $15-25 for shipping to the UK.
